Travelling from Cork city to Dublin along the N8, I am located 45 km from Cork city (approx. 30 mins driving time), on the outskirts of Mitchelstown. Just 2 km before entering the town there is a sign for facilities for people entering the town on the left hand side of the road. Next to it you will see the approved sign for "Trien" Bed & Breakfast indicating left. Turn left off the main road up a slip road and I am the second bungalow on the right.

You will also pass the famous land mark "Glocca Maura" pub in bright orange before reaching the Mitchelstown facilities sign.

Travelling from Cahir to Cork city on the N8 , Mitchelstown is 30 km from Cahir (approx. 20 mins driving time). Leaving Mitchelstown travel for 2 km, watch out for road markings in the centre of the road and take a right turn off the main road. I am the second bungalow on the right hand side up this slip road.

Follow the Trien Bed & Breakfast signs which can be seen if approaching from either direction.
